Payment providers process payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and security obligations.

If you contact AirFunWare, we may process your email address, telephone number, the contents of your message, questions or complaints, and our correspondence with you.
Technical and device information
When you visit our website, certain technical information may be processed automatically, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, approximate location derived from an IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, referring website, and technical identifiers.
Website usage information
We may collect information about how visitors interact with our website, for example pages viewed, products viewed, navigation behaviour, items placed in a shopping cart, completed or abandoned purchases, and interaction with website functions.
Some of this information is collected through cookies or similar technologies.
4. How do we collect your personal data?
We may obtain personal data directly from you, for example when you place an order, complete a contact form, subscribe to a newsletter, contact us, request customer support, or provide information during the checkout process.
We may also collect information automatically when you use our website, through cookies, server logs, analytics, pixels and similar technologies.
We may receive information from service providers such as our website and e-commerce platform, payment providers, hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, fulfilment or printing partners, and delivery companies.
5. Why do we process your personal data?
We only process personal data where there is a valid legal basis under the GDPR.
Fulfilling your order
We process your personal data to accept and process your order, receive payment, produce or prepare your products, deliver your order, communicate about your order, handle returns or refunds, and provide customer service.
Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Customer service and communication
We use your information to respond to questions, complaints, requests or other communications.
Legal basis: performance of a contract and/or our legitimate interest in providing good customer service.
Administration and accounting
We may retain invoices, transaction records and other data where necessary for accounting, tax obligations, statutory record keeping and business administration.
Legal basis: legal obligation.
Security and fraud prevention
We may process information to secure our website, detect fraudulent orders, prevent misuse, investigate suspicious activity, and protect our customers and business.
Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligation.
Improving our website and services
We may analyse website usage to understand which pages visitors use, which products are popular, where technical problems occur, and how we can improve the online shopping experience.
Where this involves non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, we will request your consent where required.
Legal basis: consent and/or legitimate interest, depending on the type of processing.
Marketing communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise give permission to receive marketing communications, we may send you information about new AirFunWare products, collections, promotions, discount offers and other AirFunWare news.
Legal basis: consent.
You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional communications about your orders.
6. GoHighLevel / HighLevel
AirFunWare uses HighLevel / GoHighLevel as the platform on which parts of our website, online store, customer communications and related technical services operate.
HighLevel may therefore process personal data on our behalf, for example when you browse our website, submit a form, place an order, provide contact information, or otherwise interact with functionality provided through the platform.
For customer data processed through the HighLevel platform, AirFunWare generally acts as the data controller and HighLevel as a data processor.
HighLevel provides contractual safeguards for the processing of personal data, including a Data Processing Agreement. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses may be used.
7. Payment providers
AirFunWare may use third-party payment providers to securely process payments.
Depending on the payment method selected during checkout, personal data may be provided directly to a payment provider.
These providers may independently process information required to authorise payments, prevent payment fraud, process refunds and comply with financial and regulatory obligations.
Payment providers are responsible for their own processing activities in accordance with their applicable privacy policies.
AirFunWare does not intentionally store full credit or debit card details on its own systems.
8. Printing, fulfilment and delivery
To fulfil an order, certain personal data may need to be shared with companies involved in producing or delivering your purchase.
This may include printing or production partners, fulfilment partners, postal operators, courier services and logistics companies.
Only the information reasonably necessary to fulfil the order will be shared.
For example, a delivery company may receive your name, delivery address, email address and/or telephone number.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the purchase contract.
9. When do we share personal data?
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share personal data with trusted service providers where this is reasonably necessary to operate AirFunWare. These may include providers of web hosting and e-commerce technology, payment processing, cloud infrastructure, email services, analytics, IT support, printing and fulfilment, shipping and delivery, accounting, and professional services.
We may also disclose information where required to comply with Belgian or European law, comply with a lawful request from a competent authority, protect our legal rights, investigate fraud, enforce our agreements, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
AirFunWare may use cookies and similar technologies to enable the website to function correctly and, depending on your consent, for analytics or marketing.
Strictly necessary cookies may be used for functions such as remembering shopping-cart contents, processing checkout steps, maintaining website security, remembering cookie preferences, and ensuring technical operation of the website.
Analytics cookies may help us understand how visitors use the website. Where required by applicable law, these cookies will only be activated after you provide consent.
Marketing cookies may be used to measure advertising effectiveness or provide personalised marketing. Where applicable, marketing cookies will only be activated after prior consent.
AirFunWare should also maintain a separate Cookie Policy describing the actual cookies used by the website, including their purpose and duration.
11. Third-party websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or social media services.
AirFunWare is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of websites operated independently by third parties.
If you follow an external link, we recommend reviewing the privacy policy of that website.
12. Social media
AirFunWare may maintain profiles on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook or other platforms.
If you interact with AirFunWare through such a platform, the platform operator may independently process your personal data.
Your use of those platforms is therefore also governed by the privacy policy of the relevant social media provider.
13. Children's privacy
AirFunWare's online store is intended primarily for general consumers and is not specifically directed at children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children where parental or guardian consent would legally be required.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal data to AirFunWare without appropriate authorisation, they may contact us and request that the information be removed where legally required.
14. How long do we keep your data?
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Retention periods depend on factors such as whether an order must still be fulfilled, whether customer support is ongoing, accounting and tax requirements, legal limitation periods, fraud prevention, and contractual obligations.
Certain accounting and invoice information may need to be retained for the period prescribed by Belgian law.
Marketing information based on consent will generally be kept until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe, unless another legal reason justifies continued retention.
Cookie retention periods depend on the specific cookie and its purpose.
15. International transfers of personal data
Some service providers used by AirFunWare may process information outside Belgium or outside the European Economic Area.
Where GDPR-protected personal data is transferred to a country that has not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission, appropriate safeguards may be used.
These can include European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, an applicable adequacy decision, or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.
16. Security
AirFunWare takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, misuse, disclosure or destruction.
However, no online system or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
You should therefore avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary email or other unsecured communication channels.
17. Your rights under the GDPR
If the GDPR applies to you, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right of access: you may ask whether we process your personal data and request a copy of the information we hold about you.
Right to rectification: you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure: in certain circumstances, you may request the deletion of your personal data.
Right to restriction of processing: you may ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Right to data portability: where the legal requirements are met, you may request personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Right to object: you may object to certain processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal data for direct marketing.
Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint: if you believe that AirFunWare has processed your personal data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. For Belgium this is the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données.
18. Exercising your privacy rights
You may exercise your privacy rights by contacting AirFunWare at [email protected].
We may ask for sufficient information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We will respond within the deadlines required by applicable data protection law.
19. Automated decision-making
AirFunWare does not currently intend to use personal data for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on customers.
If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
20. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example because of changes to our services, website or technology, service providers, applicable legislation, or business operations.
The latest version will always be published on our website.
The date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last updated.
